EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION SECTOR WISE

1.Automotive
Degree in Automobile Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute/University with at least 1 Years work/Teaching Experience
OR
Diploma in Automobile Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute/University with at least 3 Years work/Teaching Experience
OR
B.Voc in Automotive Engineering from a recognized Institute/University with at least 2 Years work/Teaching Experience

2. BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance.)
Post-Graduation in Commerce/Management/Finance from a recognized Institute/University with at least 1 Year work Experience.

3. IT/ITeS
Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology
OR
Bachelor Degree in Computer Application/ Science/Inforamtion Technology (BCA/B.Sc. Computer Science/ Information Technology)
OR
Graduate with PGDCA
OR
DOEACC A Level Certificate.

4. Retail
Graduate or Diploma in Retail Management, PG Diploma in Marketing with at least 50% Marks and 1 year Teaching /Work experience. (Preferences will be given to higher education with MBA (Retail Marketing) and/or PG Diploma in Retail Management.

5. Management & Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills
Graduate Degree with B.Com/BBA or Diploma (Three Years) in Management, PG Diploma in Management with at least 50% marks and 2 years of work or teaching experience. (Preference will be given to higher education with MBA/M.Com)

6. Tourism & Hospitality
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management from a recognized Institute/University with atleast 5 years work/teaching experience in Food & Beverage Services including one year as supervisory capacity in a classified Hotel or Facility Management Company.

उत्तर प्रदेश में व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षक (Vocational Trainer) पद हेतु आवेदन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम एवं शर्तें हैं। आवेदन करने से पूर्व आवेदकों द्वारा इन सभी शर्तों को अनिवार्य रूप से स्वीकार करना आवश्यक है। कृपया सभी नियम एवं शर्तों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें।

1. I am applying for the Contractual Job as a Vocational Trainer under the CSS for VSHSE Scheme, which is implemented by SAMAGRA SHIKSHA (Madhyamik) Govt. of Uttar Pradesh through ITRC Technologies Private Limited

मैं, ITRC Technologies Private Limited में समग्र शिक्षा (माध्यमिक) उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा संचालित CSS for VSHSE योजना के अंतर्गत व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षक (Vocational Trainer) के संविदात्मक पद हेतु आवेदन कर रहा/रही हूँ।

2. All information and documents I provide are true and correct. ITRC Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to seek indemnification for any losses, including costs, and take any appropriate action if information is found to be false or incorrect at any time.

मैं घोषणा करता/करती हूँ कि मेरे द्वारा प्रदान की गई सभी जानकारी एवं दस्तावेज़ सत्य एवं सही हैं। यदि किसी भी समय कोई जानकारी या दस्तावेज़ गलत, भ्रामक या फर्जी पाए जाते हैं, तो कंपनी को हुए किसी भी नुकसान की भरपाई कराने तथा आवश्यकतानुसार उचित कार्रवाई करने का पूर्ण अधिकार होगा।

3. I understand that this is a contractual employment under Government of Uttar Pradesh scheme, and I will be bound by any changes made by the Government of Uttar Pradesh to the scheme.

मैं यह भी स्वीकार करता/करती हूँ कि यह नियुक्ति उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार की योजना के अंतर्गत पूर्णतः संविदात्मक (Contractual) है तथा उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर किए गए किसी भी परिवर्तन का पालन करना मेरे लिए बाध्यकारी होगा।

4. I agree not to initiate any legal proceedings against the Company or SAMAGRA SHIKSHA (Madhyamik) regarding this employment. The Company reserves the right to terminate my services without notice if any such proceedings are filed.

मैं यह भी घोषणा करता/करती हूँ कि इस रोजगार से संबंधित किसी भी मामले में मैं, कंपनी अथवा समग्र शिक्षा( माध्यमिक) के विरुद्ध किसी प्रकार की कानूनी कार्यवाही नहीं करूँगा/करूँगी। ऐसी स्थिति में कंपनी को बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के मेरी सेवाएँ समाप्त करने का अधिकार होगा।

5. For all legal matters, including Labour Laws, the jurisdiction will be limited to Indore (M.P.) and no other court, including those in Uttar Pradesh.

सभी कानूनी उद्देश्यों, जिनमें श्रम कानून (Labour Laws) से संबंधित मामले भी शामिल हैं, के लिए क्षेत्राधिकार (Jurisdiction) केवल इंदौर (मध्य प्रदेश) होगा तथा उत्तर प्रदेश की किसी भी अदालत का क्षेत्राधिकार मान्य नहीं होगा।

6. I also agree that, in the event of my selection for the post of Vocational Trainer mentioned above, I shall submit a duly notarized Affidavit pertaining to the terms and conditions of employment.

मैं यह भी सहमति देता/देती हूँ कि उपर्युक्त व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षक पद हेतु चयनित होने की स्थिति में मैं , रोजगार की शर्तों से संबंधित विधिवत नोटरीकृत शपथपत्र (Affidavit) प्रस्तुत करूँगा/करूँगी।

7. I understand that Management reserves the right to accept/ reject any application without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

मैं समझता/समझती हूँ कि प्रबंधन को किसी भी आवेदन को बिना कोई कारण बताए स्वीकार या अस्वीकार करने का पूर्ण अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

8. I understand and hereby declare that I will be shortlisted if and only if I adhere to the eligibility and qualification criteria.

मैं समझता/समझती हूँ तथा घोषित करता/करती हूँ कि मेरा चयन/शॉर्टलिस्टिंग तभी की जाएगी जब मैं निर्धारित पात्रता एवं शैक्षणिक योग्यता मानदंडों को पूर्ण करता/करती हूँ।

9. I understand that I must attend the written test and interview; otherwise, my candidature will be cancelled.

मैं समझता/समझती हूँ कि मुझे लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में अनिवार्य रूप से उपस्थित होना होगा, अन्यथा मेरी अभ्यर्थिता स्वतः निरस्त कर दी जाएगी।

10. I understand that No TA/DA shall be paid to me appearing for the written examination and interview.

मैं समझता/समझती हूँ कि लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार में सम्मिलित होने हेतु मुझे किसी प्रकार का यात्रा भत्ता (TA) अथवा दैनिक भत्ता (DA) देय नहीं होगा।

11. I hereby declare and confirm that I am a permanent domicile of Uttar Pradesh and that the information provided by me is true and correct, otherwise, my candidature will be cancelled.

मैं यह घोषित एवं पुष्टि करता/करती हूँ कि मैं उत्तर प्रदेश का स्थायी निवासी (डोमिसाइल) हूँ तथा मेरे द्वारा प्रदान की गई सभी जानकारी सत्य एवं सही है। अन्यथा मेरी अभ्यर्थिता निरस्त कर दी जाएगी।

12. I declare that I am possessing a valid Identity Proof: Adhaar/PAN/Driving License/Passport/Ration Card/Bank Passbook or any other card issued by the competent authority.

मैं यह घोषित करता/करती हूँ कि मेरे पास एक वैध पहचान पत्र उपलब्ध है, जैसे – आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, पासपोर्ट, राशन कार्ड, बैंक पासबुक अथवा सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी कोई अन्य पहचान पत्र।

13. I hereby declare and confirm that I am between 18 to 37 years of age criteria as on 30-June-2026, in accordance with the eligibility criteria prescribed for the post. I also understand that relaxation to be provided as per Govt. rules.

मैं यह घोषित एवं पुष्टि करता/करती हूँ कि दिनांक 30 जून 2026 को मेरी आयु18 से 37 वर्षके मध्य है, जो इस पद हेतु निर्धारित पात्रता मानदंडों के अनुरूप है। साथ ही, मैं समझता/समझती हूँ कि आयु में छूट शासन के प्रचलित नियमों के अनुसार प्रदान की जाएगी।

14. I understand that the selection shall be done purely on merit and performance basis in accordance to the Eligibility Criteria fixed by Pandit Sunder Lal Sharma Central Institute of Vocational Education , Bhopal (NCERT) or any amendments thereof made by SamagraShiksha (Madhyamik) –UP.

मैं समझता/समझती हूँ कि चयन प्रक्रिया पूर्णतः योग्यता एवं प्रदर्शन के आधार पर होगी तथा यह चयनPandit Sunder Lal Sharma Central Institute of Vocational Educationद्वारा निर्धारित पात्रता मानदंडों अथवासमग्र शिक्षा (माध्यमिक), उत्तर प्रदेशद्वारा समय-समय पर किए गए संशोधनों के अनुसार किया जाएगा।

15. I Agreed and declare that if selected, I shall be governed by rules and regulations of the ITRC Technologies Private Limited.

मैं सहमत हूँ तथा घोषित करता/करती हूँ कि चयनित होने पर मैं ITRC Technologies Private Limitedके नियमों एवं विनियमों के अधीन कार्य करूँगा/करूँगी।

16. I hereby declare that if selected as a Vocational Trainer, I would join at the offered school within 15 days of issuance of Offer Letter, otherwise my selection will be cancelled automatically.

मैं यह घोषित करता/करती हूँ कि यदि मेरा चयन व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षक (Vocational Trainer) के पद पर होता है, तो मैं नियुक्ति पत्र (Offer Letter) जारी होने की तिथि से15 दिनों के भीतरआवंटित विद्यालय में कार्यभार ग्रहण करूँगा/करूँगी। अन्यथा मेरा चयन स्वतः निरस्त माना जाएगा।

17. I understand and agreed that the annual renewal of contracts of Vocational Trainers shall be based on performance assessments by the ITRC Technologies Private Limited.

मैं समझता/समझती हूँ एवं सहमत हूँ कि व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षकों के अनुबंध का वार्षिक नवीनीकरण ITRC Technologies Private Limited द्वारा किए जाने वाले प्रदर्शन मूल्यांकन (Performance Assessment) के आधार पर होगा।

18. I understand that the selection shall be done preferably on district basis.

मैं समझता/समझती हूँ कि चयन प्रक्रिया प्राथमिकता के आधार पर संबंधित जिले (District) में की जाएगी।

If selected, I agree to submit a duly notarized affidavit confirming my acceptance of these employment conditions.
