GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS – Apply for the post of Vocational Trainer in Jammu & Kashmir

Followings are the Terms & Conditions for Applying for the post of Vocational Trainer in Jammu & Kashmir, and applicants must mandatorily accept these before applying.

1. I am applying for the contractual position of Vocational Trainer with ITRC Technologies Private Limited under the CSS for VSE scheme, implemented by SSA–J&K (Samagra Shiksha).
2. I declare that all information and documents submitted by me are true, correct, and genuine to the best of my knowledge. In case any information or document is found to be false, fake, or incorrect at any stage, the company reserves the right to recover losses, costs, or damages and take appropriate action, including termination.
3. I understand that this is a purely contractual employment under a Government of J&K scheme with Fixed Gross Monthly Honorarium and any changes, modifications, or decisions taken by the Government of J&K / SSA–J&K (Samagra Shiksha) shall be binding on me.
4. I agree that I shall not initiate any legal proceedings against ITRC Technologies Private Limited or SSA–J&K (Samagra Shiksha) in relation to this employment under any circumstances.
5. I understand that Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
6. I agree to submit a duly notarized (attested by 1st Class Magistrate) affidavit regarding the above employment terms and conditions if selected for the post of Vocational Trainer.
7. I understand and hereby declare that I will be shortlisted if and only if I adhere to the eligibility and qualification criteria.
8. I understand that I must attend the written test and interview; otherwise, my candidature will be cancelled.
9. I understand that no TA/DA shall be paid for appearing in the written examination and interview.
10. I hereby declare and confirm that I am a permanent domicile of Jammu & Kashmir and that the information provided by me is true and correct, otherwise my candidature will be cancelled.
11. I declare that I am possessing a valid Identity Proof (Aadhaar / PAN / Driving License / Passport / Ration Card / Bank Passbook or any other card issued by the competent authority).
12. I hereby declare and confirm that I am between 18 to 40 years of age as on 01-Jan-2026. I understand that age relaxation shall be provided as per Government rules.
13. I understand that the selection shall be done purely on merit and performance basis in accordance with the Eligibility Criteria fixed by PSS Central Institute of Vocational Education (NCERT) or any amendments made by Directorate of Samagra Shiksha, J&K.
14. I agree and declare that if selected, I shall be governed by the rules and regulations of ITRC Technologies Private Limited.
15. I hereby declare that if selected as a Vocational Trainer, I shall join at the offered school within 10 days of issuance of the Offer Letter, otherwise my selection will be cancelled automatically.
16. I understand and agree that the annual renewal of contracts shall be based on performance assessment.
17. I understand that the selection shall be done preferably on district basis.
18. I hereby agree to pay Rs. 200 along with 18% GST (non-refundable) as the application fee.
