SWOT Analysis is basically tool used to identify Intra-personality traits of once personality in the form of  Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of personality.                JOHARI Window is also important to identify and scan the extent of required Intra-personality traits for improving once personality.

• Make use of Opportunity and Threat Matrix.

JOHARI Window :-

• Draw 4 quadrants of your JOHARI Window.
• Name them as OPEN Self, HIDDEN Self, BLIND Self and DARK Self.
• Learn the requirements of each Self and conditions.
• After deep thought and analyse fill the numeric value of  each quadrants such that total of all 4 Self should be equal to 100.

Final Result:-

• After carefully analysing all S, W, O and T factors make final list.
• State Strength and corresponding Opportunities.
• State important Weakness and corresponding Threats.
• Draw out strategies for Opportunity Encashment as well remedies to over-cum the Possible Threats.
• Determine final values of all quadrants such as Open /Hidden and Blind/Dark.
