Anjali Suneja, an inspiring individual, stands as the Co-Founder of Hivesure Infosolutions, a Certified POSH (Prevention Of Sexual Harassment) Trainer and a Social Activist.
Having served in the HR departments of various organizations, she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey in 2017. She currently assists brands in creating compliant and safe workplaces by implementing balanced approaches to policies, processes. Her extensive experience of over a decade in Leadership, Resource Management, Innovation, and Consulting has earned her numerous awards and accolades.
As a passionate Certified POSH Trainer Anjali conducts enlightening awareness sessions on sexual harassment for organizations and institutes. She also serves as an External IC member for several organizations, addressing issues related to sexual harassment in the workplace. Her current areas of focus include PoSH awareness training, ICC training, Diversity and Inclusion, and POSH consulting, where she consistently strives to make a meaningful impact.
Anjali's dedication to social causes extends to her involvement with AVS (Atmotkarsh Vedic Sansthan), where she serves as a trustee. AVS carries out numerous activities with the noble aim of creating a better society for those in need.
Anjali also serves as a Member of WICCI – Anti Sexual Harassment Cell, (Jaipur Chapter), State General Secretary - Women Power Society, India (Mahila Utpidan avam Bal Sanrakshan), and actively contributes as a Member for Shalini Fellowship Program at Udayan Care, where she imparts crucial awareness sessions & working in the direction of women empowerment by equipping them with knowledge about their rights concerning sexual harassment in the workplace. She also serves as a mentor to a selected group of women, guiding them along their educational journeys and offering valuable support.
Recognized as a powerful speaker, Anjali has been invited to various women empowerment events as a Power Talk speaker. Her talks not only shed light on POSH-related topics but also encompass essential subjects such as menstrual hygiene, work-life balance, employability, the power of social media, and guiding women towards independence. Anjali regularly visits a child daycare center, where she spends quality time with the children, sharing her love and affection with them.
Anjali has been recognized with several prestigious national awards for her significant contributions to society. She was honored in the "Making a Difference" category by Naaritva and awarded the "Narayan Social Award" by Narayan Manava Seva Samiti. She also received the title of "Power Woman" from the Indian Women Power Society. Anjali was selected as one of the 8 Inspirational Women of Rajasthan for her impactful efforts in raising awareness about workplace sexual harassment, and she was awarded "The Inspiring Woman Award 2024" for her remarkable contributions.
