- 32 years Total Experience (12 years Training) (2WH,4 WH,Tractor EV)
- Worked to managed and conducted batches on VG-TAP (Volkswagen Authorized Training Academy), ITI Development plan on large scale for Motor Mechanic Lab (Govt of Meghalaya)
- ASDC(SSC) Certified Master Trainer in Four-wheeler Technician, Electric Vehicle Lead Technician, Two & Three-Wheeler.
- Bosch (ToT) Training on CRDI and GDI technology.
- Design and Development of competency based training module, including curriculum & learning material development.
- Awarded as Outstanding Performer for the year 2015-2016.
- To conduct short term and long term training program.
- Establishment of Labs (2 and 4 wheeler)
